{"id":26297,"date":"2021-04-13T09:40:02","date_gmt":"2021-04-13T07:40:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.studiochiesa.it\/?p=26297"},"modified":"2024-04-08T12:17:19","modified_gmt":"2024-04-08T10:17:19","slug":"pmi-levoluzione-dei-modelli-di-business-e-la-strategia-di-branding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.studiochiesa.it\/en\/pmi-levoluzione-dei-modelli-di-business-e-la-strategia-di-branding\/","title":{"rendered":"PMI: l\u2019evoluzione dei modelli di business e la strategia di branding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In una recente\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bancaifis.it\/app\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Fattore-I-nuovi-scenari-e-modelli-di-business-per-le-PMI_aggregato-3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener,nofollow noopener\">indagine<\/a> dell\u2019Ufficio Studi di Banca Ifis sono state analizzate 82mila piccole e medie imprese di 9 settori produttivi: agroalimentare, automotive, chimica e farmaceutica, costruzioni, logistica e trasporti, meccanica, moda, casa, tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p>Dall\u2019analisi emerge che l\u2019impatto del Covid-19 e i cambiamenti di mercato che ne sono derivati hanno portato le PMI italiane ad avviare un percorso di rinnovamento dei propri modelli di business.<\/p>\n<p>Il 45% delle imprese ha puntato sulla\u00a0<em>servitization<\/em>, ovvero sulla trasformazione del prodotto in servizio o sull\u2019arricchimento dello stesso in fase di pre e post-vendita.<\/p>\n<p>Decisiva anche l\u2019attenzione all\u2019R&amp;D: tra le imprese che fanno ricerca, l\u201985% ha mantenuto o incrementato l\u2019investimento al fine di sostenere la competitivit\u00e0 anche nel medio-lungo termine, allo scopo di esplorare nuovi mercati e offrire nuovi prodotti e servizi.<\/p>\n<p>Altre leve individuate per la strategia del futuro sono la sostenibilita\u0300, il digitale e un\u2019evoluzione delle filiere di fornitura, tramite reshoring e diversificazione geografica<br \/>\ndei fornitori.<\/p>\n<p>Siamo convinti che le PMI, per far fronte alla concorrenza e alla difficile congiuntura economica legata alla pandemia, debbano rinforzare anche il proprio branding:<br \/>\n\u00e8 di fondamentale importanza avere una rigorosa immagine coordinata, che sfoci in un brandbook in grado di conferire reputation e awareness alla marca.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 esattamente ci\u00f2 che abbiamo fatto per supportare\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/spaggiarigomma.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener,nofollow noopener\">Spaggiari Industria Gomma<\/a>\u00a0nella sua operazione di brand positioning.<\/p>\n<p>Allo scopo di ridefinirne la corporate identity, abbiamo collaborato fianco a fianco con l\u2019azienda per apportare miglioramenti alla brand identity attraverso visual e graphic design appropriati.<\/p>\n<p>Una strategia comunicativa ben strutturata, che ha permesso al nostro cliente di riposizionarsi sul mercato con una nuova immagine solida e competitiva.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In una recente indagine dell&#8217;Ufficio Studi di Banca Ifis sono state analizzate 82mila piccole e medie&#8230;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":26299,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[125],"tags":[223],"class_list":["post-26297","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-branding","tag-223"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v26.3 (Yoast SEO v27.3) -
