Engineering a sustainable future

The organisation of a virtual event requires specific communication expertise in order to create engagement between all of the collaborators before, during and after the event.

The risk in any virtual event, compared to face-to-face events, is that the participant’s attention will wander, so the idea is to hold their focus with interesting activities.

For “Engineering a sustainable future”, together with Dana Industrial’s Marketing Department, we worked on enriching the corporate concept and the event format.

After defining the visual design, we applied it to the communication tools, the landing page and the newsletters for the event.

Virtual events are proving to be an important and particularly effective corporate communication tool which are destined to coexist with in-person events as they amplify the content and act as a “bridge” between the virtual and the in-person event.
