The Rural Development Project of the Lombardy Region aims to optimize European Union funds to best support rural communities by enhancing the agri-food and forestry sectors and promoting environmental sustainability.
In the initial phase, it was crucial to design a communication plan for the RDP to the stakeholders.
Subsequently, to amplify the important support activities for agriculture by the Lombardy Region and to enhance its agricultural and forestry heritage, also for the citizens, we developed the concept, designed the content, and organized an exhibition at the National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci: La faccia giovane dell’agricoltura lombarda [The Young Face of Lombard Agriculture].
The exhibition path is a narrative that tells, through images, videos, and installations, the interesting case histories of young farmers supported by the RDP, highlighting their important innovative and dynamic contributions.
In a historical moment characterized by a trend toward a return to agriculture, the exhibition served as an important tool for raising awareness and knowledge suitable for communicating with a diverse audience.
