FuoriSalone is the collection of collateral events that take place during the Milan Design Week in Italy. It is an annual event that attracts designers, artists, companies, and design enthusiasts from around the world, representing a rich array of exhibitions, installations, presentations, and events held in various locations throughout the city, outside the traditional exhibition spaces of the design fair.
As part of the Milan Design Week 2022, we organized the launch event for "Digital Print" for Marcegaglia, a leading company in the steel sector.
The goal was to introduce the architectural and design community to the innovative inline digital printing technology on steel and aluminum coils offered by Marcegaglia.
We chose the context of the collective exhibition titled “Urban Matter(s) – Matter That Reduces for a Lighter City,” curated by Materially, to emphasize the ongoing search for advanced and sustainable solutions in the world of design and architecture.
This context provided us with the opportunity to create a unique event, where an installation dedicated to "Digital Print" was designed and presented to highlight the innovation and customization of steel.
During the evening, we organized an invitation-only cocktail for the Marcegaglia guests.
The event was an opportunity to explore the convergence of design, technology, and art, highlighting Marcegaglia's role as a pioneer in the innovation of the steel sector.
